Education

Mr. Roth graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts degree, the University Of Maryland School Of Law with a Juris Doctor degree and graduated Cum Laude from Georgetown University Law Center with a Masters in Law Specialization in Tax. He is Dual Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Estate Planning, Probate, and Taxation.

Mr. Roth is a member of the Texas, Maryland, and District of Columbia bars; the United States Tax Court; the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas; the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals; and the United States Supreme Court Bars.

Teaching Positions & Articles Authored

Mr. Roth was an adjunct professor of law at the University of Houston School of Law, teaching deferred compensation taxation. Mr. Roth taught the same course to other attorneys who were sponsored by the Houston Bar Association.
